Dihydroboldenone Cypionate 100mg/mL
Dihydroboldenone Cypionate 100mg/mL (Driada Medical Dihydroboldos) is an injectable anabolic-androgenic steroid containing dihydroboldenone cypionate (also known as 1-testosterone cypionate or DHB) at a concentration of 100 mg per mL, supplied in a pack of 10 ampoules each 1 mL (total 1,000 mg). Produced by Driada Medical, a Europe-based manufacturer often associated with underground or performance-enhancing drug suppliers, it is primarily used off-label by bodybuilders and athletes for lean muscle gains, increased strength, vascularity, and fat loss with minimal water retention or estrogenic effects. While explored in limited contexts for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), breast cancer treatment, osteoporosis, or low libido, it lacks formal medical approval and is not intended for human therapeutic use—most applications are for non-medical enhancement, which is illegal without prescription and poses significant health risks.
How It Works
DHB is a synthetic DHT derivative and 5α-reduced form of boldenone, binding strongly to androgen receptors with high anabolic potency (up to twice that of testosterone) and moderate androgenic effects. The cypionate ester enables slow release over 10-12 days post-injection, promoting protein synthesis, nitrogen retention, red blood cell production, and a “dry” hardening effect on physique without aromatization to estrogen. It is structurally similar to Primobolan but lacks the 1-methyl group, making it more potent for muscle tissue growth while reducing some side effects like bloating.
Dosage and Administration
- Administered via deep intramuscular injection into large muscle groups (e.g., glutes or thighs) using sterile technique; professional oversight is advised.
- Non-medical bodybuilding doses: 300-500 mg per week (3-5 mL total), divided into 2-3 injections for stable blood levels, often in 6-12 week cycles (up to 16-20 weeks for advanced users). Lower HRT-like doses: 100-200 mg/week.
- For the 10 x 1 mL ampoules: Rotate injection sites; carrier oil is grape seed for reduced post-injection pain (PIP), though DHB can still cause irritation—dilution with another oil may help.
- Monitor via bloodwork for hormones, lipids, liver enzymes, and hematocrit; post-cycle therapy (PCT) with SERMs (e.g., clomiphene) is recommended to restore natural testosterone.
Side Effects
Common side effects include:
- Androgenic: Acne, oily skin, hair loss (in predisposed individuals), increased body hair, and potential burning sensation during urination.
- Injection-related: Pain, redness, or tissue irritation at site (PIP is notorious with DHB).
- Cardiovascular/Endocrine: Altered cholesterol (reduced HDL, increased LDL), elevated blood pressure, suppressed natural testosterone, testicular atrophy; virilization in women (e.g., voice deepening, clitoral enlargement).
