DHB-MED 100 is an injectable anabolic-androgenic steroid containing dihydroboldenone cypionate (also known as 1-testosterone cypionate) at a concentration of 100 mg per mL, supplied in 1 mL ampoules by Deus Medical. It is the 5α-reduced derivative of boldenone (Equipoise) and is primarily used off-label by athletes and bodybuilders for promoting lean muscle mass, strength gains, and vascularity with minimal water retention or estrogenic effects. While it has been explored in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), treatment of breast cancer, osteoporosis, and low libido in some contexts, it lacks widespread medical approval and is not a standard therapeutic agent—most use is for performance enhancement, which is illegal without prescription and carries significant health risks.

How It Works

Dihydroboldenone cypionate binds strongly to androgen receptors, exhibiting 5-7 times the anabolic potency of testosterone while having low androgenic activity. The cypionate ester provides a slow release over 10-12 days after intramuscular injection, supporting protein synthesis, nitrogen retention, and red blood cell production for enhanced recovery and physique hardening. It is structurally similar to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) but derived from boldenone, resulting in drier gains compared to other steroids like testosterone.

Dosage and Administration

• Administered via deep intramuscular injection into a large muscle group (e.g., glutes or thighs); professional administration is recommended to avoid complications.
• Typical non-medical doses: 300-600 mg per week (3-6 mL total), split into 2-3 injections for stable levels, often in 8-12 week cycles. Lower doses (100-200 mg/week) may be used in HRT-like scenarios under supervision.
