While explored in limited contexts for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), breast cancer treatment, osteoporosis, or low libido, it lacks formal medical approval and is not intended for human therapeutic use—most applications are for non-medical enhancement, which is illegal without prescription and poses significant health risks.

How It Works

DHB is a synthetic DHT derivative and 5α-reduced form of boldenone, binding strongly to androgen receptors with high anabolic potency (up to twice that of testosterone) and moderate androgenic effects.
